Brighton is about to get brighter still when we open the doors to our Regency-style hotel in July 2024. Introducing No 124 Brighton, the latest hotel by GuestHouse, sitting pretty on the King's Road with sweeping sea-views, a hop, skip and a jump from the beach.  Shall we take a digital-preview of what's to come?

The historic buildings that No.124 occupies straddles Victorian and Georgian architecture, which the GuestHouse design team have lovingly lavished with a riot of colours and Palace Pier inspired décor - including a shiny disco ball hovering overhead as you enter. Naturally, we've also handpicked sublime artwork from local talents to enjoy around the property too.

Inside, you'll find 32 rooms and suites, a seriously soothing FieldTrip Spa with our signature copper cove experience, lounges to sip cocktails and play board games in, and a terrace serving wood-fired pizzas. There's even a winter garden, The Courtyard, ideal for events and all of this before you discover Pearly Cow - our fire & ice concept restaurant.

                  The station is only about 15 mins walk away, but that’s 15 mins you could be bag-free, so let us meet you off your train and take your bags back to the hotel.
