Our bedrooms are 36 one-offs. It’s the result of being in marvellously detailed residential town houses rather than standard hotel buildings. But it’s also because of our love of good design and our magpie-like eye for art and objects that tell stories and raise smiles. In short, we can’t help but get creative.
There are snug rooms and vast rooms. Gloriously grand rooms and seriously relaxing rooms. And if you are staying in any of them, there’s a little extension in the form of our Pantry full of complimentary treats for you to enjoy any time.
The luxury rooms & suites at No. 15 Bath are all one-off rooms with a few good things in common
That no two bedrooms are the same is a fact we really like. But there are some important features they all share.
Hypnos Lansdowne cashmere mattress dressed in 200-thread-count Egyptian cotton linen / WiFi / Nespresso kit, kettle, tea & coffee / The right to raid our Pantry packed full of treats / Wildsmith shampoo, conditioner & body wash / Turntable (choose your records from the selection in the disc library) / Flat screen TV with freeview and chromecast
Sleeps two | 10 sq m approx | Double
Most of our Small Guest Rooms are bijou attic rooms that would have been the servants’ quarters back in the day. Those up at the top of the main buildings offer bird’s-eye views over Great Pulteney Street and a vast maze of rooftops beyond.
Sleeps two | 19 sq m approx | Double
Each room is a canvas of eclectic design, shaped by its view, proportions, and personality. You might wake beneath exotic bird wallpaper inspired by Henrietta Park’s enchanting pergola, or find yourself alongside a striking artwork by a graduate of the esteemed Bath School of Art.
Maximum occupancy is 2
Sleeps two | 20 sq m approx | Twin-Bed or Super King
As the name suggests our Bigger Guest Rooms are just that, a little bit bigger. Each stands out for its individualistic pep and curious collectables. In one, hand, screen-printed wallpaper by Tracy Kendall presents a huge handwritten inventory of what might be found in a Georgian home. It’s quite the read.
Maximum occupancy up to 2 adults | 1 infant
23 sq m approx | Super King | Family-Friendly
Our Large Guest Rooms offer a different view of Bath and bears the stamp of Martin Hulbert Design’s dedication to remarkable decoration all over them. The illustrated backdrops to the king or super-king beds, raw plaster borders, ultra-modern furniture and curio collections come together to bridge yesterday with today.
Maximum occupancy up to 2 adults | 2 children | 1 infant
19 - 23 sq m approx | Super King | Dog-Friendly
Behind the main buildings, you’ll find our Coach House. Built around 30 years after our townhouses, the architect threw off Georgian classicism constraints and had some fun. The result is a folly with a crenellated parapet frontage and quatrefoil windows that give off a distinctly Gothic vibe.
Maximum occupancy up to 2 adults | 1 infant
28 - 30 sq m approx | Super King | Family-Friendly
These rooms are ideal for longer stays, a great hideaway in the centre of Bath. There’s a lounging area, king-size or twin beds and a big bathroom with a standalone tub and a rain shower.
Maximum occupancy up to 2 adults | 2 children
If you want to super-size your experience, check out our suite-offering.
We have parking spaces located at the rear of the hotel. Parking is available at £28 per night Sunday-Thursday and £35 on a Friday & Saturday. Spaces are limited, so we recommend reserving a spot as soon as you have booked. If on-site parking is unavailable, nearby alternatives include Podium Car Park (8-minute walk), Manvers Street Car Park (10 minutes), and Charlotte Street Car Park (14 minutes), all suitable for longer stays. Bath’s Park & Ride services are also a great alternative for long-duration parking.
